Welcome to the Dragon's Den!
This is a little roleplay centering around - of course - dragons.
These majestic beasts are usually hunted and killed, forcing them
to hide away in farthest reaches of the Earth. And though the
main tribe consisted of western dragons, other species of legendary
lizard have joined them. For survival, and perhaps a little company.
This is the story of how they lived. You will determine their fate!
Rules;;
I hate having to put these in here, but I don't want one person to
be too overpowering of another!
IC RULES
- The largest dragons are usually considered 'leaders of the thunder'.
Those smaller than them are allowed to be high ranks and eventually
rise to be a leader, but the larger a dragon, the older they usually
are. The eldest draons must be given the utmost respect.
- If another dragon saves your life, you must repay them - even with
your own life.
- Pride and freedom are two things dragons revere most. Any dragon
who takes that away from another creature is to be shunned. This is
why most prey is captured on the run and other dragons are fought in
the air.
- Anybody can challenge the leader to a duel if they wish to lead.
But they must also accept defeat if the leader beats them. In the
case that the leader is beaten, they will be stripped of their rank
and will usually leave the thunder.
OOC RULES
- Don't make a super-duper overpowering character. All dragons must
have some sort of weakness and can be no larger than 2500 pounds.
- All dragons are accepted and all role-players, for that matter.
Do not shun or ignore anybody if they wish to join! It is auto-
accept after all!
Ranks;;
Leader of Thunder - A group of dragons is deemed a 'thunder'.
So the leader of thunder is the main leader of the group. They are
to be respected and listened to.
Fenrias played by kittywhiskers
Stormcaller - Next in line to be leader. Have the power to
promote and send out patrols, whether it be hunting or scouting.
Council of The Eldest - The Eldest are the oldest dragons in the
thunder and are to be treated like basic gods. The Eldest can
over-ride the Leader if they wish to and are seen as the wisest
of the group. Usually only three Elders per thunder.
Scouts - Those who are normally chosen to go on large patrols and
such. Usually lead battles.
Roosting Mothers - Those who take care of the youngest members of the
group and can 'adopt' members and deem them worthy to be promoted.
Spiritwakers - Those who lay dragons to their grave when they die.
A death in the thunder is a big deal. They also deal with medicine.
Members - Random dragons within the community, waiting to be promoted.
Must prove themselves to the higher-ups.
